Workflow
The Wildcat Neighborhood Farm is a project aimed at bringing local ingredients to Central Washington University. The idea for this project was to convert hand drawn images into stop motion styled animation.
In addition to animation, traditional video was captured to show the current state of the farm.
Because the Wildcat Neighborhood Farm is an ongoing project, showing students future plans for the farm was a challenge. A solution I executed was a 3D render, tracked to a drone shot of the location.
To allow for expansion and accessibility across all video formats, I created a Mogrt template. This allows any user to fill essential properties and adjust frame size.
Mogrt files are independent from the After Effects file that created them, so any computer with the file can manipulate their properties.
